Are you feeling uncertain about all of this? Maybe even a bit anxious? I get it. Maybe you’re thinking “I’ve tried this kind of stuff before, and it didn’t work.” Predicting failure before you start? Been there and done that.
Even if you have a history of experiencing strong starts but poor finishes, this time really can be different. I want you to commit to starting, staying, and completing this course. It’s only 5 weeks, and I assure you it’ll be worth it.
Remember, you don’t have to do this alone. We can all make an effort to support each other. Don’t isolate! Connect and participate! Taking advantage of the wisdom and brilliance of your tribemates is one of the best strategies you can use in the Unpacking ADHD process.
Have you ever found that it’s easy to see what somebody else should do — but when it comes to knowing what you should do, you draw a big blank? That’s why your tribemates are so valuable. They help you see things differently. They can often provide exactly what was missing when you embarked on change before. Just wait and you’ll see.
Imagine the participants of this class standing together as a team, with a motto flashing over their heads: “We’ll pull each other through this.” Nobody gets left behind.
