3 short, interactive, super-flexible classes
Based on the ADHD classes Don Baker, MA, LMHC has been running in Seattle for many years, the Unpacking ADHD Core Series offers a well-tested path for gaining the information, ideas, tools, and community support you need to become an advocate for your own brand of ADHD.
Classes must be taken in order, but you can start anytime. Each class includes four weeks of lessons. We recommend taking a week or two off in between classes to let the material sink in, but that’s completely up to you! With lifetime access, you have total flexibility to set your own pace.
