I started my ADHD Brain Food class because I’ve been so inspired by how even small nutritional changes can deliver huge improvements in attention, focus, and other challenges of ADHD wiring. One of the first things we address in this 8-week online class is “favorite excuses.” I ask people what’s holding them back from eating brain healthy food on a consistent basis.
