  • Sign up for Boot Camp if you’ve completed at least one TRACTION Virtual Basic group. Boot Camp continues on from where TRACTION Virtual Basics leaves off – offering you more connection, accountability, and strategies.
  • You’ll be identifying a group intention / goal by Session One and leverage group support to move toward the change you’re after!
  • There are three parts to each 2 hour group session!
  • TAKING ACTION: Your weekly check-in on your goal / intention.  You’ll continue to push forward the same intention / goal through all 6 sessions.
  • BIOLOGY: weekly topic related to the neurobiology of ADHD
  • PSYCHOLOGY: weekly topic related to the psychological implications of ADHD
  • All handouts and group information for TRACTION Virtual Boot Camp will be stored in your group Evernote Notebook. You’ll have access to the content 24/ 7 and continued access after group is complete.
  • A weekly check-in is emailed to you every Monday during group. The check-in is a way for you to check-in on progress on your goal / intention.
