If you live in the Seattle area, don’t miss the opportunity to join one of my Summer 2016 ADHD groups. Learn to embrace your ADHD-related strengths, mitigate challenges, and create more of what you want in your life.
I’ve been facilitating group classes for adults with ADHD traits in Seattle for more than 16 years. Hundreds of people have participated. With their feedback, I’ve been able to fine-tune a sequence of information and exploration that really gets results. I can say with confidence that everyone who has committed to active participation in one or more of these groups has made real progress toward greater happiness, peace of mind, and success.
These are not traditional support groups. They are flexible, collaborative group classes that focus on increasing self-knowledge and practicing strategies. Confidential sharing within the group helps encourage accountability and break down isolation.

Start here if you’re new to my groups. TRACTIONbasic, previously called Life Strategies 101, will help you gain a deep understanding of what ADHD is and what it isn’t. You’ll have the opportunity to explore your own unique wiring, and you’ll gather and practice strategies for managing your challenges and making the most of your strengths.
Choose any series — or multiply the benefits by joining two or three series.

TRACTIONbootcamp is for those who have completed at least one TRACTIONbasic group. You’ll continue using group support to maintain your momentum toward living successfully with your own brand of ADHD. Together we’ll develop our strategies and skills. Create space for creativity, inspiration and action in your life!

Costs & Insurance Coverage
These groups are insurance eligible. I (Don Baker, MA, LMHC) am a provider with Premera, Regence, and sub-plans of both. If you are out-of-network, we can attempt to bill your insurance company for you. Many plans cover some of the cost of group. If you’d like us to check on your benefit level for you, please email email@example.com. She’s happy to help you.
If you are not using health insurance, full payment for all sessions will be collected at the first session. All groups cost $65 per session.
All sessions are held in my Lake Union office: 1836 Westlake Ave N, Suite 303A, Seattle WA 98109.
